Important Information - please read!!! Thank you for taking the time to fill out our questionnaire. We ask for this information so that we are able to provide the most accurate quote possible. All quotes are based on the information that is provided. If possible, pictures of key areas such as the inside of showers, bath tubs, toilets, fridge, and oven are extremely helpful in this process. All quotes are not final until cleaners arrive and confirm scope of work. Any changes that result in price increase will be communicated to the customer for approval/denial. No cleaning will be started until we have final approval from the client to proceed. Please note, we specialize in whole house cleanings. Any "partial cleanings" will have a minimum $240 service charge. Please keep in mind we do not charge by the hour, we bid on jobs with an all inclusive price, based on details provided. **PAYMENT INFORMATION: WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, VENMO AND ZELLE. ANY NON CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION. WE DO NOT TAKE CASH/CHECKS UNLESS AGREED UPON IN WRITING PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLEANING QUOTE**
